We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as Blvnk Canvas is not liable for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as an exchange or store credit.
Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
In the rare case you receive an item with a fault, please contact us at contact@blvnkcanvas.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
